Our minimum service call is 250.00 which includes and covers up to 1hr of welding, 30 mins of drive time and up to 30.00 in welded hardware replacement that includes "just a broken latch bar" if that's the only thing that has failed.

​Our full day field rates are 1200.00 per day for two techs in the field this covers 6 hrs. of labor, and 2 hrs per day of drive time, our own employment tax and fuel cost.

Materials, steel, paint supplies are additional.

We're one of the very few business still running at a 10 year old rate for two techs in the field.

Prep and oil base painting services are 15.00 a foot up to 85 feet and 13.50 for 85 to 175ft.

There is a 325.00 prep and paint minimum for small gates.

What we don't offer!

​

We don't offer random touch up services on pre-existing aged fence for quick flip home sellers.

​

We don't offer rigged or scabbed welding services for quick flip home sellers.

​

We don't offer a quickie board slap or spray paint job on gates for quickie home flippers and we turn it down when asked.

We don't do partial prep and partial paint work on fences that are improperly installed or on fence where the rails are buried in dirt or rock. If the panels are solid and can be raised for proper service then we will offer that service.

We don't try and save, sandblast, or provide any kind of service to severely decayed or rotting powder coated fence or patio furniture. If its layered in wrinkled cauliflower scabs, spread all over the entire structure then its time to junk it and buy new.

We don't dig out severely buried bottom rails or posts but we will inspect them to see if the panels can be raised,saved and then properly maintained.We don't paint fence if the rails are buried.

We offer full restoration of RV gates or single pedestrian gates. (875.00) single) (1385.00 for double gate entryways unless we are making alterations or doing any major alterations,grafting or repairs.

This includes any and all welding repairs, re-sizing, re-hanging, new clean cut to size and sealed and stained redwood boards, new  stainless carriage bolts or welded hardware that's pre-existing and damaged, rust convertor acid etch treatment, spot primed, adjustments, along with a commercial oil base finish coat.

 4 to 5 hrs. of labor are usually needed for most gates to make them look better then the builder grade installs. We offer a 3 yr. warranty on gate restorations with one free gate adjustment a year for those 3 years.
